D8.1 Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Strategy Plan

This strategic plan introduces the dissemination, communication and exploitation activities, which will be followed during the implementation of the IDUNN – A Cognitive Detection System for Cybersecure Operational Technologies – project.

The focus of this deliverable is on the planning of the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities, the implementation and usage of all channels, events and tools to be developed and the evaluation of the activities performance. This will serve as a guidance for the project partners to know how to act in different scenarios, which are the key messages to be used in the different channels and which supporting materials can be used.

This plan will also include the exploitation plan to be addressed at the end of the project, which will support the sustainability of the actions.

This deliverable is due in month 3 of the project, but it will be yearly updated for internal purposes and will be delivered to the rest of the project partners in order to ensure the best communication, dissemination and exploitation performance of the project.
